i noticed slight dust accumulation on surfaces like the headboards and tv top.

The breakfast had such great options. I had a full english and my partner enjoyed salmon with scrambled eggs. our room was lovely and the bed was very comfy. it's a great location.

The wifi signal in our room was very weak. It was mostly unusable. i believe they should invest in a signal booster of some sort.

worn bathroomneeded descaling

The floor and bathroom looked worn. In need of tlc. there was no hot water. the staff told me to run the tap for over 15 minutes for it to turn warm. It never did. the kettle in the room needed descaling.
